About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gas Bar Attendant at Diva Petroleum. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor Entrances and Exits: Ensure the security of our store and its assets, and request proof of payment when necessary.
  • Verify Age of Customers: Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
Work Environment

As a Gas Bar Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to stand for extended periods, maintain attention to detail, and work accurately in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
