The McKesson Specialty Pharmacy Director is responsible for leading a national team to achieve operational excellence and drive growth. This role oversees daily operations and clinical practices, ensuring the delivery of financial, business, and people strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction on pharmacy strategies and initiatives across Canada.
  • Lead the national pharmacy team to create/execute department processes and procedures.
  • Ensure standardization of processes and rollout of national pharmacy initiatives.
  • Promote collaboration with each Specialty Pharmacy and other business units to grow the division.
  • Lead and support strategic objectives and collaborative initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of people and progressive pharmacy management experience.
  • A valid license in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists is an asset.
