Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Retail Store Associate to join our team at our North Shore location. As a Senior Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and rotating products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Process register transactions, refunds, and returns, and activate gift cards
  • Ensure the register drawer is balanced at the end of shift, following company procedures
  • Stock, face, and rotate products on the shelves
  • Receive, check, and put away deliveries
  • Keep the store and storage areas clean and organized
  • Utilize product knowledge to promote sales and contribute to the team's sales goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Liquor Store Manager

Requirements:

  • Liquor retail experience is preferred
  • Serving it Right license is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving and quick-learning abilities
  • Ability to physically lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for a full 8-hour shift
  • Commitment to a SAFE working environment
  • WSET 1 minimum accreditation is required to be obtained within the first year of employment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and late evenings
