We seek a Project Foreman/Woman to join our team based out of Saskatoon who will lead on-site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining excellent working relations with our labour and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prioritize previous leadership experience as advantageous.
  2. Be able and willing to work alongside, train, mentor, and supervise apprentice carpenters.
  3. Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities.
  4. Show ability to interpret project drawings and shop drawings.
  5. Have a thorough understanding of OH&S safe work practices.
  6. Collaborate effectively with the Site Superintendent and project coordinators.
  7. Coordinate and manage all subcontractor activities.
  8. Maintain quality control processes.
  9. Lead and guide field personnel.
  10. Oversee and enforce company safety policies.
  11. Analyze job costing, quality, forecasting, and productivity metrics.
  12. Administer field operations, including timesheets, purchases, job diaries, and daily reports.
