Regional Sales Growth Manager

Hankook Tire America Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales within their assigned territory, developing strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time remote position covering the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience in the automotive or tire industry.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet and retail businesses
- Travel within the assigned territory to engage with customers and promote Hankook Tire's products
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and have a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
