Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a talented IT Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team. As an IT Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading assurance engagements in the annual plan and formally documenting audit evidence, in accordance with Internal Audit guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of assurance engagements and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes
- Respond to stakeholder needs quickly and efficiently, building trusting relationships with Internal Audit peers
- Assume personal responsibility for specific components of larger projects (audits) and develop own personal and professional leadership skills and capabilities
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of technology audit experience or 3-6 years of technology experience in a financial institution or technology company
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office – Intermediate/Advanced level
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and multi-task efficiently without sacrificing work quality
- Experience in resolving differences of opinion as demonstrated through use of challenge
- Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, or a related area
Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
