Fire Alarm Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at ACAI. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and repair fire alarm systems to ensure they meet safety standards
  • Mentor and train junior technicians as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance on fire alarm systems
  • Respond to after-hours and weekend service calls as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum Junior CFAA registration
  • At least 1 year of experience as a fire alarm technician
  • Strong knowledge of ULC codes, building codes, and fire codes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract
