Job Title: Construction Painter

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Synergy Systems. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as necessary.
  • Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings.
  • Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various locations.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Physically demanding work, with the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

  • Flexibility and initiative.
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
