The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing infrastructure development projects from feasibility to completion.
  • Overseeing budgets, procurement, permitting, and compliance.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in railway infrastructure and project management.

A strong understanding of AREMA, Transport Canada, and CCDC standards is essential, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
