Job Title: Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Nepean Corona School of Gymnastics.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our gymnasts. They will also motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, participate in coaching clinic instruction, and analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions for gymnasts
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Level 1 Certificate in Coaching
  • Level 2 Certificate in Coaching
  • Criminal record check
  • 20/20 vision
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Standing for extended periods
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced coaches and staff. They will be required to work in a gym setting with a focus on providing a safe and supportive environment for our gymnasts.
