Job Title: Early Childhood Caregiver

Salary: $45,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

• Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth in children;
• Lead activities, such as storytelling, singing, and educational outings, to stimulate curiosity and creativity;
• Collaborate with colleagues to establish a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere;
• Observe children for signs of potential issues and maintain accurate records for parents and guardians;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
• Minimum 6 months of experience working with young children;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
