We're the first and most widely used commercial all-in-one air quality monitoring system that provides continuous, actionable data to help reduce unseen risk factors impacting building occupants' health and productivity.
With WellStat, buildings can promote a healthy environment by showcasing safe air quality levels through real-time monitoring and reporting.
In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team to manage financial systems and processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of state and local taxes.
You'll also assist with annual SRED and other ad hoc tax recovery projects, preparing complex month-end accounting journal entries under U.GAAP accounting treatment memos for complex transactions.
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, and/or Finance is required, along with a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA) and at least 3 years of financial accounting experience in a corporate setting.
AvaTax and financial systems such as Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI) and NetSuite experience are assets, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel.
