About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DC VAPES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock merchandise, maintain a clean and tidy store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: We offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Our mentorship programs pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees to help them integrate into our team.
  • Support for Youths: We offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Our mentorship programs provide opportunities for Indigenous workers to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Work Environment: Our store is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work in a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
