• Advice and Guidance: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure the success of our projects.
• Security and Compliance: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Certifications: Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS) professional Certification, Certified software quality analyst (CSQA), Certified software tester (CSTE), Microsoft certified professional (MCP), and Certified Computing Professional (CCP).
• Technical Skills: Cloud, Development and operations (DevOps), Virtualization, Linux, Networking software, Networking hardware, Internet, Servers, File management software, Programming software, Database software, Software development, Java, SQL, Python, Bootstrap, and MS SQL Server.
• Work Experience: Project implementation, Information technology (IT) service delivery, Quality assurance or control, and Specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
• Area of Specialization: Development, Business process management, User experience design, and Business methods analysis.
