Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve organizational objectives
- Collaborate with regional and departmental teams to align business goals and objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business development or operations capacity
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
- Full-time position, 30 hours per week
- Permanent employment
- English language required
