">Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Precision Agriculture Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing support, training, and sales support to our agricultural customers for all of our precision farming solutions.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Support and promote the various Precision Agriculture technologies and solutions offered by the company.">
- Use and optimization of equipment/technologies in conjunction with precision agriculture software/platforms.">
- Agronomic and machine data collection.">
- GPS-RTK leveling and drainage systems.">
- Geomatic management of various agricultural data.">
- Build agronomic and/or machine reports and present results to customers.">
- Training of internal and external customers on the use of technologies.">
- Support agronomic and data management solutions, coaching and training for our agricultural customers.">
- Develop and maintain relationships with various market players to position our solutions as the first choice.">
- Promote all solutions and technologies offered by the company.">
- Develop expertise in order to add value to the data collected by our customers and their partners so that they can draw up recommendations.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A college diploma in an Agricultural field or equivalent experience.">
- Dynamism, curiosity, and sense of innovation.">
- Excellent interpersonal skills.">
- Autonomous, well organized, and able to manage priorities.">
- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English.">
- Knowledge of geomatics or GPS technologies an asset.">
- Excellent customer approach and networking skills.">
- Good computer skills, as the candidate will be required to use a variety of specialized software on a daily basis, and to support customers on this software.">
What We Offer:
">We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including group insurance after 3 months of seniority, RRSP with employer participation after 3 months of seniority, workwear provided by the employer, corporate discounts for our employees and your family, and continuous training development offered to you in the field of precision agriculture.
