About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at Asian Legend To Go Inc. as a key member of our accounting and financial services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial and accounting reports, including trial balance of books, to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a strong background in financial record keeping and reporting.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
