About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Developer to join our team at Clientserver Tech Systems Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform usability testing to ensure that our systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure that our systems meet the required standards.
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to ensure that our systems are efficient and effective.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that the quality of our products meets established standards and that our systems are secure and reliable.
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our systems are meeting the required standards.
  • Collect and document user requirements to ensure that our systems meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in information systems development, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
