Job Title: Garage Manager, Automobile Repairs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Garage Manager to join our team at PAE TRUCKS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our garage, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily activities, and manage staff and assign duties.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.

Working Conditions: 35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and a welcoming work environment.
