Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. O/A Esso Family Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Organize buffets and banquets
• Manage kitchen operations

As a Culinary Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will also be required to train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
