Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the sales floor.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • or equivalent experience.
Work Setting

This role is based in a retail business environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and sales support.
