Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Monarch House. As a Supervised Instructor Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive ABA therapy sessions to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and conduct intensive ABA therapy sessions
  • Collect and graph data to track client progress
  • Maintain client binders and materials to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with families and other staff members through daily written logs
  • Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Uphold Centre policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and online courses to enhance professional development
  • Attend Monarch House social and public events to foster a sense of community
Requirements
  • Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for learning
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to complete training within 3 months
  • Ability to complete a Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • Flexibility to work 2-3 evening shifts per week
