Job Description:

As a Cyber Security Specialist at ALLTECH CONSULTING SVC INC, you will be part of the Security Engineering team focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) privileged access management solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and enhance tooling for the firm's privileged access management solutions, including CyberArk, to support use cases on premises and in the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop tooling for privileged access management solutions, including CyberArk.
  2. Enhance tooling to support the management and onboarding of credentials to CyberArk.
  3. Work with customers to understand their requirements for integration and custom credential management processes.
  4. Provide subject matter expertise on the CyberArk solution and guidance on how existing functionality provided by legacy solutions may be replaced and enhanced by CyberArk.
  5. Engage with End User Technology and Workplace Support Services departments to develop deployment strategies.
  6. Engage with Technology Risk on a regular basis to ensure that the solution meets both internal and external regulatory requirements.
  7. Provide technical support to operation teams and clients.
  8. Maintain the hygiene of the platform infrastructure across all environments.
  9. Provide support for production platforms through health monitoring and root cause troubleshooting.
  10. Support operations in their efforts to deliver a consistent and performant production platform.
  11. Escalate and liaise with additional internal/external groups when required.
  12. Ensure optimum performance, high availability, and stability of solutions.

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience deploying solutions within large enterprise clients.
  2. 10+ years of experience with CyberArk or a major PAM product.
  3. CyberArk plugin development and integration with diverse technologies running on various platforms.
  4. Advanced CyberArk certifications, such as Guardian or Sentry, are a plus.
  5. Experience with developing, delivering, and supporting software for Windows and Linux operating systems.
  6. Experience leveraging DevSecOps practices, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Test Automation, and Build Automation, to enable efficient delivery of working code using tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Ansible.
  7. Quick learner, self-motivated, and maintains a high standard of professional conduct and practice.
  8. Flexible and self-driven team player assisting/mentoring members when required.
  9. Strong task management and organizational skills to ensure balance and timely completion of ongoing efforts.

Desired Skills:

  1. Sound SDLC practices using systems such as JIRA and GIT.
  2. Proficient with API development.
  3. Software development experience with C#/.NET.
  4. Software development experience with Java/Spring Boot knowledge a plus.
  5. Scripting experience with PowerShell.
