Job Title: Building Manager in Downtown Montreal

Cogir Immobilier is seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties in downtown Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal management of our buildings, maximizing rental performance, and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive management plan for our properties, in collaboration with our regional manager.
  • Ensure the efficient management of our buildings, in accordance with our established plan.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental performance, including rent collection and deposit management.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team providing services to our buildings, ensuring the full execution of services at all times.
  • Provide high-quality maintenance services to our customers, property spaces, and systems.
  • Work with our regional teams to carry out capital works and register files with the Régie du Logement.
  • Plan the arrivals and departures of tenants, ensuring the optimal progress of these activities while maintaining the security of our buildings and their occupants.
  • Ensure the offer of a high-level customer service experience.
  • Manage apartment renovations according to our established program.
  • Coordinate with our regional director, interventions requiring a specific action plan.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices.
  • Monthly budget management.
