Job Description

Cefa Morgan Crossing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the growth and well-being of children.
  • Guide and assist children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Experience in child care or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
