About the Role:
Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing buildings, developing plans, and overseeing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management and coordination
- Design and development of building plans, including specifications, materials, costs, and construction schedules
- Supervision of construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications
- Estimation of costs and preparation of proposals
- Leadership and supervision of technologists, technicians, and other architects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in building design and management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in architectural software programs, including AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish between colors
