Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Distribution Lines Work Management team at Hydro One Networks Inc. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop and implement solutions to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve business processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements
  • Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to supervisors and management
  • Report on historical performance and identify, evaluate, analyze, and explain variances between budget/forecast and actual expenditures

Requirements
  • Must meet New Grad Program Eligibility Requirements
  • A University undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous Co-op/Internship experience in a relevant field and industry is considered an asset
  • Previous project management experience is considered an asset
