About the Opportunity

Société Financière Manuvie is seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our Group Functions Technology Actuarial and Reinsurance Data and Systems team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing data integration processes and solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and MIS reporting platforms.

As a Senior Informatica Data Integration Engineer, you will work closely with our global Actuarial business team and IT partners to manage complex business requirements, develop efficient data integration processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and implement new data integration solutions or enhancements to existing systems using Informatica PowerCenter and other relevant tools.
  • Contribute to data integration designs and code across Canada, US, and Asia regions, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Work on actuarial projects and maintenance improvements across multiple lines of business data warehouses, providing data management guidance and expertise.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in Informatica Data Integration using SQL Server in an enterprise production environment.
  • Extensive experience with data integration design and architecture using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IICS, ETL, and BI/DW validated experience with SDLC methodologies.
  • Proven understanding of Informatica, IICS, SQL, Microsoft SQL, and SQL Server Management Studio, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
