Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, and tending to equipment used on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles or equipment
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Tending to machines and equipment used in construction
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physically demanding environment with fast-paced deadlines
Work Environment

Our company operates in an outdoor setting with exposure to dust, noise, and potential dangers. The successful candidate must be able to work safely and effectively in this environment.

Compensation and Benefits
