Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team across Ontario, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their sales effectiveness.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate potential markets, industry trends, and customer needs in Ontario, developing and executing plans to penetrate new markets and position the company as a preferred environmental services provider.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts and delivery of high-quality services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales management, preferably in the solid waste industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the Ontarian market and its specific solid waste requirements.
