We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Edge Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather data for estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely estimates
  • Prepare and submit pre-qualification submissions to clients
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures to ensure project profitability
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in estimating or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CADD and other computer software systems
