Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, stock, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- 3-4 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a team environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in food service management is an asset, but not required. The successful candidate will be required to complete a food safety certification program.
