Aecon Concessions seeks an experienced Engineering Manager - Pipelines to oversee the development of pipeline infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:- Design management of pipeline projects, ensuring compliance to industry standards and regulations.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
- Development and implementation of short and long-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Preparation and submission of bids and proposals to secure new business.
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
- P. ENG registration with Professional Engineers of Ontario.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on pipeline engineering and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
- Strong understanding of industry codes and specifications, including CSA Z662 and other pipeline codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
