Executive Chef for Frank and Gino's Grill and Pasta House

The Executive Chef role at Frank and Gino's Grill and Pasta House is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to oversee the preparation of our menu items, manage inventory and supplies, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- To prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to the restaurant's recipes and presentation standards.
- To inspect kitchens and food service areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- To train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations.
- To maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and make recommendations for improvements.
- To manage kitchen operations, including planning, budgeting, and controlling resources to achieve business objectives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including bonus opportunities and permanent employment status. The work schedule is 30-40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime during peak periods.
Requirements:- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a head chef or senior culinary manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
