Job Title: Spa Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team at Yukon Spaces Inc.

Job Summary:

The Spa Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including emptying trash and restocking supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
Work Environment:

The Spa Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
