**Job Summary**

Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office est à la recherche d'un Senior actuarial analyst, benefits specialist pour rejoindre son équipe de Benefits.

**Responsabilités**

  • Assister à la gestion de tous les plans de groupe de benefits, y compris la revue et la révision des politiques et le calcul des implications de coûts de la révision ou des demandes de négociation des syndicats.
  • Contribuer à la préparation de la prévision du budget annuel des benefits pour les opérations commerciales.
  • Élaborer et maintenir un tableau de bord de métriques et de statistiques clés des programmes.
  • Analyser les données des membres pour générer des insights pour aider à l'élaboration de la stratégie des programmes de santé et de bien-être.
  • Veiller à ce que les plans de benefits fonctionnent en conformité avec la législation, les directives de l'entreprise et les accords collectifs des syndicats.
  • Assister à l'enquête et à la résolution des problèmes de benefits élevés pour fournir des informations dans des situations non routinières.
  • Contribuer à l'évaluation et à la comparaison des avantages existants des employés avec ceux des autres employeurs en analysant d'autres plans, des enquêtes et d'autres sources d'information.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d'amélioration des processus et développer des politiques.
  • Travaux de projet spéciaux, notamment les acquisitions, la harmonisation et la conception des plans.

**Compétences requises**

  • 1 à 5 ans d'expérience en consulting actuariel en benefits ou diplômé récent d'un programme d'actuariat avec des examens actuariels.
  • Éducation préférée en sciences actuarielles, en mathématiques, en statistiques ou en finance.
  • Compétences solides en gestion de projet, en analyse et en mathématiques, avec une attention à la détail.
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en organisation.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles excellentes combinées à des compétences de communication (verbale et écrite) solides.
  • Focalisé sur le client et proactif.
  • Capacité prouvée à être innovant et ressourceux tout en priorisant et en gérant plusieurs tâches dans un environnement de travail exigeant.
  • Travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe et contribuer à une atmosphère d'équipe positive et efficace.
  • Fort travailleur, responsable et fiable.
  • Compétences avancées en Excel et connaissance approfondie de Word et de PowerPoint.
  • Autres atouts : la maîtrise du français (non obligatoire) et la désignation ASA ou la poursuite de la désignation actuarielle.
