Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of software projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading and coordinating teams.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based software development and deployment.
  • Knowledge of business diagram software, mapping and data visualization software, and programming languages.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and attention to detail is essential. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

The language of work is English, and the successful candidate will be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
