About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing Vancouver team. As a senior member of our team, you will lead the electrical design of various building projects, from small to large-scale developments. You will have the opportunity to work on fast-paced developments, multi-year infrastructure projects, and contribute to our growth and success in the Vancouver market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the electrical design of building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Verify design work completed by others and provide mentoring, coaching, and training to less experienced engineers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients and industry partners.
  • Contribute to the holistic leadership of our Vancouver office, driving business growth and development.
Requirements
  • P.Eng through EGBC highly desirable.
  • 10+ years experience in electrical building services engineering design, with at least 5+ years in Canada.
  • Established experience across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of relevant electrical codes and standards.
  • Ability to independently complete engineering analysis and design of electrical systems.
  • Strong technical background, with experience across different market sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information of a complex nature with all stakeholders.
