We are seeking an experienced Audit Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of governance and management oversight over Real Estate Secured Lending Program Enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the overall effectiveness of governance and management oversight.
  • Identify and assess materiality of control weaknesses, determine root cause of problems, and prepare/review audit findings.
  • Draft audit findings, reports, and correspondence to management, ensuring clear and concise writing.
  • Present and discuss findings with management, follow up on open action items, and develop good relationships with key auditees and business line management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Banking, Audit, Regulatory body, or related field with deep understanding of Real Estate Secured Lending products and key regulations.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Python and experience using PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of audit processes and methodologies, or prior change management testing experience.
