Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

WHITE CLIFF LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support our logistics operations.
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary supplies to support our operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure our logistics operations run smoothly.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
