Project Coordinator Job Description

**Job Summary**

Victor Energy Ltd. is a leading utility contractor with over 20 years of experience building Alberta's electrical infrastructure. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administration support to our project execution team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain project systems and procedures, including master filing systems, project billings, cost accounting, project delivery status, and reporting.

* Provide technical and administrative support to project managers, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance.

* Utilize your administrative and customer service skills to assist project managers with project-related inquiries and escalations.

* Manage project documents, such as project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope statements, as directed by project managers.

* Execute various project management administrative tasks, including purchase order setup and receiving.

* Support team members in implementing risk management strategies.

* Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental protection on the project.

**Requirements**

* Undergraduate degree or certification in business administration, project management, or a related field.

* 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or coordinator role.

* Utility construction experience is a strong asset.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Exceptional eye for detail and organizational skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

* Proven ability to understand construction administration and contract commercial terms.

* Analytical skills and a logical, independent problem solver.
