Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Subcontractor Payables Administrator to join our team at EllisDon.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure accurate and timely entry of subcontractor invoices into our system
* Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to obtain necessary documentation
* Process subcontractor progress invoices for approval
* Resolve discrepancies and field questions from subcontractors
* Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or relevant field
* Comfortable learning new software
