Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Whitehorse Motors Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional repair and maintenance services for our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles, including engine and transmission problems.
  • Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and functioning properly.
  • Advise customers on the status of their vehicles and provide estimates for repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as automotive technology or a related trade.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
