We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Cha Baa Thai Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train and develop kitchen staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage food and supply requirements to meet the needs of our menu.
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communicate effectively with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
