Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Canada Limitee. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet specifications.
- Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specification.
- Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure durability.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to prevent damage.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work at heights.
Requirements- 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
