About This Role

This Inventory Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently from our local warehouse.



Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare all deliver orders according to our replenishment system.
  • Prepare delivery notes and organize deliveries to terminals and shops.
  • Review expiry dates at the Warehouse to avoid stock losses.
  • Store damaged products and coordinate returns with terminal/store managers.
  • Follow up on order arrivals and prepare the warehouse for new goods.
  • Coordinate workloads to meet customer demands and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain security measures, handle goods, and practice safety consciousness at all times.


Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Two to four years of previous warehouse experience.
  • Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry.
  • Able to perform warehouse maintenance duties.
