Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing test scenarios and scripts for functional system integration and acceptance testing across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and functional requirements to define and translate them into testing requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end testing activities for small and large projects across multiple teams with both onsite and offshore resources.
  • Liaise with clients to provide professional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work with test leads, business analysts, and development teams to establish test plans, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor project adherence to quality standards and track progress testing status reporting as needed.

Must Have Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing life cycle - Agile or Waterfall methodologies, QA approaches, Tools, Techniques.
  • Leading a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, preferably 2 or more in an offshore/onshore capacity.
  • Automation testing using Python, Selenium, HP-ALM.
  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with conformiQ, Java, RF+Selenium, GitHub, Jenkins, Automation (Object Repository, Custom Action), Accessibility testing, Analytics testing, HPQC ALM.
  • Banking experience.
  • Conformic for testing.
