About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at The Local Leaf Cannabis. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Manage sales floor inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Work Schedule and Hours: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that our sales team is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
