Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to oversee our delivery drivers and ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervision, dispatching, and training, as well as a Class 5/5F/G Licence and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 delivery drivers
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Criminal record check
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Work under pressure
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. The work term is permanent, with 40 hours per week and English as the primary language of communication.
