Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations, particularly within manufacturing and wholesale distribution environments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and designing solutions that align with their goals.
- Architect, configure, and optimize NetSuite modules including WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, WIP & Routing, and other advanced tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop implementation strategies, project plans, and best practices.
- Guide clients through complex requirements and provide creative, scalable solutions that maximize the NetSuite platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing and leadership.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in the NetSuite ecosystem to drive continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Proven success designing and delivering NetSuite solutions in manufacturing and distribution industries.
- Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite modules including WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, WIP & Routing, and custom workflows.
- Strategic thinker with experience in solution architecture and client-facing leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex business environments, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; NetSuite certifications are a plus.
